In 2022, I was honoured to achieve Registered Nutritionist status (RNutr), a recognition earned through substantial experience and dedicated application within the realm of public health nutrition. Additionally, I hold a distinction in Nutritional Therapy (DipION), a Masters in Neuroscience (MSc), and a First-Class Honours in Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons). Complementing these credentials, I am a trained health coach and clinical specialist with an active research focus in nutritional psychiatry.
These qualifications underline my commitment to continual learning and reflect the depth of my investment in the field of nutrition and wellness. I am registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), and British Association for Nutrition and Medicine (BANT), regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, fully insured to practice, and a member of the Information Commissioner’s Office.
